Whether you're completely new to Human Design or have explored it before, this workshop offers fresh
insights and empowering clarity.

In this fun, interactive experience, motivational coach and spiritual teacher Ron Frost will guide you
through:
 How to quickly access your Human Design chart using a free app
 The five energy types and their strategies for alignment
 How your unique design influences your intuition, energy, and decision-making
 Simple ways to use gratitude, intention, and personal prayer to increase synchronicity and flow
 Quick tips to recognize when you're in resistance versus in resonance with your true path
