Conflict Resolution, Peacemaking, and Social Activism Workshop Registration

Sunday, 10/12/2025, 12:30 p.m. (ET) | "Conflict Resolution, Peacemaking and Social Activism" workshop is on Sunday, October 12, 2025, 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. ET. It will be facilitated by Sid Friedman, Nonviolent Communication Workshop Lead and Internal Family Systems Facilitator and supported by Amara Palmer, Nonduality and Spiritual Awakening Teacher.

What? Conflict as a path to Oneness? Yes. Imagine bringing your deepest political concerns, frustrations, anger, and fears about our community, country, and planet into a space where they are not only welcomed but celebrated as doorways to healing, authentic connection and awakening. Together, we will explore how even the painful energy of “us versus them” can open into the larger embrace of an inclusive “Us.”

This gathering is not a lecture, but a dynamic, experiential journey into the living field of our shared humanity. Guided by Sid Friedman—Nonviolent Communication workshop leader and Internal Family Systems facilitator—and supported by Amara Palmer, Nonduality and Spiritual Awakening teacher, you’ll be invited into a playful and transformative exploration where even our loudest concerns and most challenging parts of ourselves are met with compassion and revealed as allies on the path to One Love.

Is such an opening truly possible in today’s polarized Red-versus-Blue world? Come and experience for yourself. Together, we’ll discover that conflict is not the end of connection but often the hidden gateway into deeper intimacy, compassion, creativity, and profound spiritual awakening.

When Sid joined us in May, many of us felt deeply moved and inspired. We’ve been eagerly awaiting this return opportunity to dive even more fully into inclusive community, exploring how Nonviolent Communication, parts awareness or celebrating our unique expressions, and nondual understanding invite us into a reconnection that both transcends and includes everything that arises within us. In this circle, we will remember that our shared essence is never absent—it shines through every expression, even in the midst of apparent division.

Come play with us. Come taste and embody One Love in the very heart of difference. Come home to the Oneness that holds it all.

The workshop is 12:30 - 2:30 p.m. ET. Bring your lunch to eat immediately following the Sunday gathering. A Love Offering for CSLCC will be taken. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
